Information you provide

When you request an assessment, we collect your contact details and the property and project information you submit. We use this information to respond, assess the work and prepare a proposal. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential lease documents in the description.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored using our website hosting and database providers. We also send your enquiry details to Formspree to deliver an email notification to ABS and maintain a submission record. Authorised people working on your enquiry may access the information. Hosting providers may process data outside Australia.

Campaign information

If present in the page address, campaign source information and an advertising click identifier are saved with your enquiry to help us understand where enquiries come from. We also keep a daily hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions. We use a Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance, including successful quote requests. Google may use cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page address and advertising identifiers, and may process this information outside Australia. We do not send the contact details or project description from this form to Google through enhanced conversions. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email ABS or call 0424 135 299. Records may need to be retained for contractual or legal purposes.
